Combining targeted red light therapy with massage services can offer a holistic approach to wellness, providing both relaxation and potential therapeutic benefits. Red light therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT) or photobiomodulation (PBM), involves exposure to low-level red or near-infrared light to stimulate cellular function, reduce inflammation and promote healing. 

 A 30-minute initial consultation and discussion will be followed by 45 minutes of table time. During this period, I focus on building a connection, delving into your health history, and exploring your current well-being. My aim is to acquaint ourselves with your body and initiate the journey of bodywork.

 A 15-minute review consultation and discussion will be followed by 60 minutes of table time. We will engage in conversations about your current feelings, changes in your body and life since your previous visit, and collaboratively develop a plan to address as many of your needs and goals as possible during the session. 

A 15-minute review consultation and discussion will be followed by a 30-minute table time. Focused sessions are well-suited for addressing particular concerns, such as releasing scar tissue, performing lymphatic drainage on a specific area or limb, or concentrating on a targeted region of the body. 

 A 15-minute review consultation and discussion will be followed by 90 minutes of table time. All-Inclusive sessions are recommended when you desire to address specific needs while also experiencing the advantages of a full-body therapeutic massage or head-to-toe lymphatic drainage therapy. 

I do not accept tips for personal gain. Instead, any tips and direct donations are pooled to assist individuals in the local community who may require my services but face financial constraints.
